# IK Feature

**IK Feature** is powered by inverse kinematics to accurately retarget motion. It's often used to retarget arms and legs chains.

* IK Weight — Controls the influence of the IK.
* Use Chain IK — Toggles IK for long bone chains. It's recommended to keep it false for Humanoids, and true for Quadrupeds.
* Effector Offset — Position offset for the IK target.
* Effector Space — Which space the effector offset will be applied in.
* Joint Bone — hint or pole target bone (e.g., elbow or a knee).
* Joint Offset — hint or pole target offset.
* Pole Weight — Controls the influence of the pole/hint target.
* **Max Reach Multiplier** — Max allowed stretch length.
